Shipping & Returns
Unopened items may be returned within 10 business days from the date of delivery. Return shipping costs will be customers responsibility. Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns on personal care items which have been opened.
If an item in your order is received damaged, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us upon receipt to discuss the return or exchange of the product.
We recommend you use a trackable method to return products, and we will notify you when an exchange and/or refund has been issued. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment less shipping costs which are non-refundable. Please allow us up to 10 business days to process your return.

All orders ship using USPS First Class and Priority Mail with tracking information made available to check delivery status of your order. Orders generally ship within 3 - 5 business days after payment is received.
Orders of $49 or more within the contiguous United States are eligible for free shipping and your order will be adjusted automatically.
If you are ordering for a special occasion and need your order by a specific date, please contact us to ensure your items arrive on time.
Cancellations or changes to an order may be made only if they have not shipped. If the products have shipped we are unable to accept any changes, but will be happy to assist you in placing a new order for the additional items.
