Shipping & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns on personal care items which have been opened.
If an item or item(s) in your order are received damaged, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us upon receipt to discuss the return or exchange of the product(s). Please send a photograph of the damaged item(s) for our records.
We recommend you use a trackable method of return to ensure we receive your item(s). You will be notified upon receipt of the item(s) and when an exchange and/or refund has been issued. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment less shipping costs which are non-refundable. Please allow no more than ten (10) business days to process your return.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location entered at checkout.
All orders are shipped out using USPS and typically take two (2) to three (3) days, but may take up to ten (10) days to reach your destination. Please contact us if you are ordering for a special occasion and need your order by a specific date to ensure your item(s) arrive on time.
Orders of $50 or more within the contiguous United States are eligible for free shipping.
Changes and cancellations to an order may be made only if they have not shipped. We are unable to accept any changes if the items have shipped, but will be happy to assist you in placing a new order for the additional items.
