Shipping + Returns


Our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Since we pull and pack orders ourselves, order processing time (amount of time it takes from when you place your order, and it is shipped), may average 5 business days.  

If you are ordering for a special occasion and need your order by a specific date, please contact us to ensure your items arrive on time.


Unopened items may be returned within 10 business days from the date of delivery. Return shipping costs will be customers responsibility. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on personal care items which have been opened. 

If an item in your order is received damaged, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us upon receipt to discuss the return or exchange of the product. 

DO NOT discard packaging or the products. Please send a photograph of the damaged or incorrect items, as we are unable to assist with issues or concerns if the product is no longer in your possession.

We recommend you use a trackable method to return products, and we will notify you when an exchange and/or refund has been issued. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment, less shipping costs which are non-refundable. Please allow us up to 10 business days to process your return.

All orders ship using USPS First Class and Priority Mail with tracking information made available to check delivery status of your order.

If expedited shipping is requested, customer will be responsible for actual costs above the standard shipping charge.

Orders of $100 or more within the contiguous United States are eligible for free shipping and your order will be adjusted automatically.

Please note, our business days are Monday – Friday, and orders typically ship within 5 - 7 business days.

We do not ship internationally at this time.


Cancellations or changes to an order may be made only if they have not shipped. If the products have shipped, we are unable to accept any changes, but will be happy to assist you in placing a new order for the additional items.
