Shipping & Returns
I'm sure you'll enjoy our luxurious products, but if you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return the product within fourteen (14) days of purchase for a full refund of the product price less any shipping costs which are non-refundable.
NOTE: For health and safety reasons, any returned product(s) will be destroyed.
If an item or item(s) in your order are received damaged, please contact us upon receipt to discuss the return or exchange of the product(s). Please submit a photograph of the damage for our records, including the shipping box and label, and the item(s) damaged. Please note that if a refund is requested, shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend you use a trackable method of return to ensure your item(s) are received by Earth's Offerings LLC. You will be notified upon receipt of the item(s) and when an exchange and/or refund is issued.
All refunds are applied to the original method of payment. Please allow us ten (10) business days to process your return.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location entered at checkout.
All orders are shipped out using USPS and typically take two (2) to three (3) days, but may take up to ten (10) days to reach your destination. If you are ordering for a special occasion and need your order by a specific date, we will use UPS for expedited service.
Orders of $50 or more within the contiguous United States are eligible for free shipping.
Changes and cancellations to an order may be made only if they have not shipped. We are unable to accept any changes if the items have shipped, but will be happy to assist you in placing a new order for the additional items.
